This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key oncology accounts of high strategic importance to enhance Sarclisa adoption and foster business growth.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of designated customer accounts, including their strategic objectives, value drivers, access stakeholders, business metrics, challenges, and evolving needs.
• Formulate and implement strategic account plans for priority accounts.
• Create account plans that encompass matrix team planning, implementation, and influencer mapping.
• Incorporate customer business segmentation into product objective planning and execution.
• Advocate for clinical, economic, and operational support, including KOL endorsement and inclusion in provider pathways, EMRs, and formularies.
• Recognize pull-through obstacles, organizational dynamics, and customer operational methods to guarantee cross-functional collaboration.
• Spearhead cross-functional launch planning and execution.
• Gain insights into contracting, product access, BID/RFP/PT workflows, financial models, and clinical evaluation models.
• Act as the primary contact for contracting and pricing agreements with assigned accounts.
• Forge strategic partnerships and collaboratively design innovative customer solutions.
• Engage with C-suite executives in oncology and decision-makers in population health.
• Conduct targeted PIE engagements with community and health system/IDN accounts.
• Assist in contract execution and pull-through at specific health system accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and access teams on account strategy and business planning.
• Lead matrix teams without direct authority.
• Direct field team engagement and ensure the effective implementation of commercial strategies and account plans.
• Relay customer feedback to the organization.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Offer insights and feedback to internal teams for ongoing improvement.
• A Bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) is required.
• Must reside in the designated geography, specifically covering the assigned Southeast region/accounts.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, including healthcare sales and account management experience, is required.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% for the job.
• Preferred current/recent key account management experience in oncology, particularly with population health decision-makers and access influencers.
• Strong leadership abilities across cross-functional teams.
