This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, providing hands-on and shadow-based training for roles within the Care Team.
β’ Assist new employees during their ramp-up period by addressing clinical and workflow inquiries while identifying any training deficiencies.
β’ Prepare and present training materials for new cohorts of the Care Team during launches into new markets.
β’ Travel to new locations to provide in-person training and ensure readiness for go-live activities.
β’ Collect feedback and integrate insights from market launches into the onboarding and training playbooks.
β’ Develop and sustain scalable training content that aligns with standards in oncology, palliative, and value-based care.
β’ Monitor and record the completion of necessary training and certifications.
β’ Convert clinical guidelines and protocols into practical training materials.
β’ Stay updated on emerging clinical guidelines and licensing requirements.
β’ Review documentation and workflows of the Care Team in relation to clinical quality measures.
β’ Create focused training to address adherence gaps and trends within the team.
β’ Provide coaching to Care Team Managers on implementing corrective actions and best practices.
β’ Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback and performance metrics.
β’ Collaborate with teams across Clinical Operations, Market Operations, and People functions.
β’ Must possess a Registered Nurse (RN) license.
β’ Required hands-on clinical experience in oncology and/or palliative care.
β’ Some familiarity with precepting, mentoring, onboarding new staff, or conducting in-service training is necessary.
β’ Ability to clearly communicate clinical concepts and workflows to diverse audiences, both in-person and virtually.
β’ Proficient in managing training logistics, documentation, and compliance tracking with accuracy and consistency.
β’ Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup setting where processes are still being developed.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
β’ Eagerness to train on and assist with virtual care staffing as required.
β’ A strong passion for enhancing the experience of individuals dealing with a cancer diagnosis.
β’ ONS certification is preferred.
β’ Fully remote work arrangement.
