This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.
• Oversee a designated territory to foster reliable partnerships with oncology care teams.
• Create and implement effective territory strategies that enhance patient access and yield quantifiable outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with medical affairs, market access, and commercial operations to address tangible challenges faced by patients and providers.
• Establish and nurture dependable relationships with oncologists, nurse navigators, specialty pharmacists, and institutional accounts.
• Develop and execute territory business plans that align with both regional and national objectives.
• Identify key prescribers and accounts, directing resources toward their clinical and operational priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to enhance patient access and ensure timely availability of therapies.
• Leverage customer insights and data to prioritize initiatives, establish measurable goals, and monitor performance.
• Assist with product launches and local field initiatives through coordinated and compliant actions.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biologic, specialty sales, or clinical oncology with direct engagement with physicians or institutions.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and the capability to drive within the assigned territory; driving is a fundamental function of the role.
• Reside within the territory or its immediate vicinity.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the territory and occasionally outside it, including overnight stays; typical travel ranges from 30% to 50%.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities focused on cultivating trusted relationships and influencing without authority.
• Minimum of two years of experience in oncology or specialty sales, preferably with health system or institutional account experience.
• Background in hematology or solid tumor care environments.
• Experience with infusion therapies or handling complex products.
• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy, payer engagement, or account-based strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to formulate and implement territory plans while achieving measurable objectives.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
