This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Cultivate and sustain productive relationships with physicians, administrators, C-suite executives, pharmacists, nurses, and other key stakeholders.
• Recognize opportunities for McKesson to provide unique and consistent value to customers, measuring financial impact whenever feasible.
• Assist in organizing Therapeutic Interchange meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, and End of Quarter GPO optimization meetings with each client.
• Act as the main contact for McKesson Provider Specialty for each client in the designated portfolio.
• Collaborate with Onmark GPO, Clinical Specialists, Customer Success Managers, Customer Care, Medically Integrated Dispensing, Advisory Services, Finance, Pricing, and Operations.
• Facilitate internal and external meetings with subject matter experts across McKesson Specialty support businesses.
• Oversee 25–40 existing oncology clients within a specific geographic area.
• Meet annual performance goals, including Gross Profit and Revenue targets as planned.
• Advocate for additional products and services to current eligible clients.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, typically requiring 2+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in sales and/or account management.
• Capability to analyze business data to identify trends and quantify customer value.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to customize messages for various audiences and lead customer-facing business reviews.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments to resolve issues and achieve positive outcomes.
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry is preferred.
• Ability to manage a multi-account territory while balancing competing priorities within a travel-based schedule.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a high-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without restrictions; this position does not qualify for sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel extensively overnight to clients within an assigned portfolio — 30% by car and plane.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean, active, unrestricted driving record/MVR.
