This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the complete onboarding process for new practices, starting from scanner delivery to the successful execution of initial cases and transition to steady-state operations.
β’ Support practices through a well-defined onboarding program featuring specific milestones, tailoring the approach to each practice's staff composition, learning preferences, and pace of progress.
β’ Set up and configure lab accounts while collaborating with lab partners to align on practice preferences, case workflows, and submission criteria.
β’ Ensure that practices are well-informed about Incisive's value proposition, quality benchmarks, and lab network functionalities.
β’ Facilitate change management initiatives with dentists and practice leaders to foster acceptance of digital workflow integration.
β’ Provide virtual training and occasional in-person sessions across supported scanner platforms.
β’ Cover scanning procedures for crowns, bridges, and implants, along with case submissions, lab-specific workflows, and maintenance of scanners.
β’ Offer hands-on coaching during live scanning and chairside support for initial cases.
β’ Conduct advanced training for intricate workflows such as AOX, dentures, and complex restorative procedures.
β’ Deliver retraining and follow-up sessions to ensure ongoing adoption and usage.
β’ Monitor the quality of early scans and first cases, offering constructive feedback for improvement.
β’ Evaluate practice performance against activation milestones and time-to-value objectives.
β’ Identify gaps in adoption or utilization and execute targeted follow-up initiatives.
β’ Detect early warning signals during onboarding and proactively escalate to Customer Success.
β’ Document onboarding results, recurring challenges, and the effectiveness of training.
β’ Suggest enhancements to training curriculum, materials, and onboarding procedures.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in onboarding, training, or clinical/digital enablement.
β’ Required experience in dental technology or dental practice.
β’ Practical knowledge of intraoral scanning workflows is essential.
β’ Familiarity with Sirios X3, Trios, or ICAM is an advantage.
β’ Excellent communication skills with a strong instructional presence.
β’ Comfortable leading live virtual training sessions and providing clinical guidance.
β’ Strong troubleshooting capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Highly organized, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Must be able to work Eastern or Central Time Zone hours.
β’ Experience with ICAM / photogrammetry is a plus.
β’ Target bonus: 20% of base salary.
