This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and manage a team dedicated to onboarding new clients onto NetCov’s managed services platform.
• Create and execute standardized onboarding processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient client onboarding.
• Continuously enhance onboarding procedures through feedback and performance metrics.
• Ensure timely completion of onboarding projects while adhering to scope.
• Mentor and develop onboarding specialists, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct performance assessments and offer constructive feedback.
• Identify training needs and implement relevant training programs.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and a customer-centric approach.
• Act as the main point of contact for high-profile client onboarding initiatives.
• Cultivate relationships with new clients throughout the onboarding process.
• Collaborate with account managers for effective post-onboarding transitions.
• Address escalated issues and resolve complex onboarding challenges.
• Manage project planning and execution effectively.
• Develop timelines, resource allocation plans, and strategies for risk mitigation.
• Monitor project status, timelines, and budgets closely.
• Coordinate resources and expertise across departments.
• Oversee the integration of client systems and data into NetCov’s managed services platform.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of client environments and configurations.
• Work alongside engineering teams to tackle technical challenges.
• Remain up-to-date with NetCov’s services and technology stack.
• Set and monitor KPIs for the infrastructure team.
• Implement data-driven strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure on-time project delivery and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Drive ongoing improvements in team performance and client satisfaction.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Over 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including a minimum of 3 years in a management capacity.
• Strong technical expertise in on-premises infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and various operating systems.
• Proven track record in managing cloud migration initiatives.
• Comprehensive understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
• Robust project management skills with experience in relevant methodologies (e.g., ITIL, Agile).
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator) are advantageous.
