πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Create and execute standardized onboarding procedures and best practices.

β€’ Organize cross-functional teams to facilitate efficient client onboarding.

β€’ Continuously enhance onboarding processes using feedback and performance metrics.

β€’ Ensure that onboarding projects are delivered punctually and within defined parameters.

β€’ Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of onboarding specialists.

β€’ Conduct regular performance assessments and offer constructive feedback.

β€’ Recognize skill deficiencies and establish training initiatives.

β€’ Promote a culture of continuous improvement with a customer-first approach.

β€’ Act as the main point of contact for significant client onboarding projects.

β€’ Establish and sustain relationships with new clients.

β€’ Collaborate with account managers during the post-onboarding transition.

β€’ Address escalations and resolve challenging onboarding issues.

β€’ Supervise the planning and execution of client onboarding projects.

β€’ Develop project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies.

β€’ Monitor project advancements and compliance with schedules and budgets.

β€’ Coordinate departmental resources and expertise.

β€’ Oversee the integration of client systems and data into NetCov's managed services platform.

β€’ Ensure proper documentation of client environments and configurations.

β€’ Collaborate with engineering teams to address technical challenges.

β€’ Track service offerings and technology stack for seamless integration.

β€’ Establish and monitor KPIs for the infrastructure team.

β€’ Implement data-driven approaches to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

β€’ Ensure timely project completion and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

β€’ Foster ongoing improvements in team performance and client satisfaction.

β€’ Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.

β€’ At least 3 years in a leadership position.

β€’ Strong technical proficiency in on-premises infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and operating systems.

β€’ Demonstrated experience in managing cloud migration initiatives.

β€’ Comprehensive understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.

β€’ Strong project management skills and experience with applicable methodologies (e.g., ITIL, Agile).

β€’ Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management abilities.

β€’ Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator) are advantageous.
