Onboarding Specialist, Mandarin & English Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Serve as the initial point of contact for clients and facilitate the onboarding of new clients onto notification applications and services.

• Stay informed about notification products and services through both classroom training and hands-on experience.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and enhance each client interaction.

• Implement new applications through project management and solution design, which includes reviewing site surveys, collecting client requirements, creating application handoff sheets, installing software, and establishing daily routines.

• Reach out to clients within set timelines to confirm orders and outline the installation and training procedures.

• Keep detailed records of all client interactions and maintain information in the customer database.

• Gather, verify, and validate client data to ensure successful application setup and ongoing support.

• Proactively make outbound calls and follow up with clients.

• Collect client requirements and suggest application best practices.

• Facilitate communication and follow-up when collaboration with other team members is required to resolve issues.

• Develop and adhere to project plans as necessary.

• Identify opportunities for new products, services, and features during client discussions.

• Proficient in both Mandarin and English.

• Strong customer service abilities.

• Experience or potential to engage in project management and solution design tasks.

• Ability to gather, verify, and validate client data.

• Ability to maintain thorough notes in the customer database.
