Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver an outstanding onboarding experience for clients

• Assist and guide the implementation of Resident Billing, Utility Expense Management, and Vacant Cost Recovery services

• Work collaboratively with the team to efficiently configure properties in the billing platform

• Ensure that processes are executed promptly and accurately

• Conduct training sessions and presentations for groups

• Maintain regular communication with colleagues and clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an implementation role

• Preferred 1-2 years of experience supervising team members

• Previous experience in utility billing is a significant advantage

• Strong technical skills and aptitude

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to comprehend and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Competence in training and presenting to groups

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly productive with minimal supervision

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Strong technical and business knowledge related to implementation processes

• Commitment to continuous learning with a focus on process enhancement and emerging technologies

• Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer

• Capability to occasionally lift office supplies weighing up to 25 lbs.
