Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide an outstanding onboarding experience for clients.

• Assist and guide the implementation of Resident Billing, Utility Expense Management, and Vacant Cost Recovery services.

• Work alongside the team to efficiently configure properties within the billing platform.

• Ensure that processes are executed accurately and in a timely manner.

• Deliver training and presentations to groups.

• Participate in process enhancement and the adoption of new technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in an implementation role.

• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in supervising team members.

• Prior experience with utility billing is highly advantageous.

• Strong technical capabilities.

• Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to comprehend and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Competent in training and presenting to groups.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly productive with minimal oversight.

• Strong technical and business insight related to implementation processes.

• A mindset geared towards continuous learning, focusing on process improvement and new technologies.

• Ability to sit for extended periods while utilizing a computer.

• Occasional lifting of office supplies up to 25 lbs.

• Frequent verbal and written interactions with colleagues and clients.
