Client Onboarding Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main virtual point of contact for new and prospective clients

• Make outbound calls, send emails, and deliver messages to welcome and onboard clients

• Engage in discussions to identify client needs and objectives

• Clearly articulate service offerings and propose appropriate next steps

• Arrange follow-up calls or connect clients with suitable team members

• Keep comprehensive and precise client records in the CRM system

• A professional and approachable communicator who excels in a client-facing role

• Well-organized and adept at working in a remote environment

• A people-centric approach with excellent listening and follow-up abilities

• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or a client-facing position is advantageous
