Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide an outstanding onboarding experience for clients.

• Assist and oversee the implementation of Resident Billing, Utility Expense Management, and Vacant Cost Recovery services.

• Work closely with the team to set up properties efficiently in the billing platform.

• Ensure that all processes are carried out accurately and in a timely manner.

• Conduct training sessions and presentations for groups.

• Maintain regular communication with colleagues and clients.

• Participate in process enhancement and promote the adoption of new technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an implementation role.

• 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity is preferred.

• Prior experience with utility billing is highly advantageous.

• Strong technical skills are essential.

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to comprehend and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in training and presenting to groups.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Strong technical and business insight related to implementation processes.

• Commitment to continuous learning with an emphasis on process improvement and emerging technologies.

• Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.

• Occasionally required to lift office supplies weighing up to 25 lbs.
