Onboarding Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire implementation of projects, encompassing project planning, resource distribution, timeline oversight, and risk evaluation.

• Collect project requirements from clients and establish project goals and deliverables.

• Create and sustain comprehensive project plans while ensuring that milestones are achieved on time.

• Align internal and external stakeholders for successful onboarding and collaboration.

• Conduct meetings to discuss project status and provide updates on progress, risks, and challenges.

• Recognize and address project risks, resolving any issues that may impact timelines or deliverables.

• Deliver direct customer training and support throughout the implementation phase.

• Coordinate with technical resources to facilitate connectivity between Surgimate and clients’ other systems.

• Partner with R&D, Customer Support, Implementations, and development teams to tackle technical challenges, ensure interoperability, and address customization needs.

• Configure Surgimate product setups during the implementation process.

• Continuously enhance implementation processes and apply best practices.

• Assist clients in refining requirements and setting up internal controls, configurations, and quality checks.

• Document meeting/event details and relay notes and action items effectively.

• Facilitate live training sessions for customers, either in-person or virtually as required.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in project management or SaaS implementation is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Strong preference for familiarity with surgical scheduling and workflows in surgical practices.

• Proven experience in close collaboration with clients.

• Willingness to train end users, configure product builds, and engage in hands-on troubleshooting throughout the implementation process.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging across all levels of an organization.

• Ability to work independently on multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

• Detail-oriented with a high degree of organizational skills.

• Capability to quickly understand and apply complex business and technical concepts.

• A commitment to delivering top-quality service to customers.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• This is a remote-first position with occasional travel required.

• Flexibility to work extended hours as needed to support key initiatives.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
