Onboarding & Customer Support Manager with Paid/Social Media Marketing Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and nurture relationships with eCommerce and agency clients

• Evaluate current setups, pinpoint optimization possibilities, and incorporate DatAds into daily operations

• Engage in regular communication with clients through calls

• Offer assistance via Slack

• Advise clients on strategic inquiries regarding creatives and campaigns

• Discover growth potential within the existing client base

• Actively reach out to inactive and former leads through the CRM

• Draft copy, emails, and brief updates to enhance customer retention and showcase success

• Assist in sales initiatives

• Collaborate closely with founders Max and Daniel

• Contribute innovative ideas and consistently enhance internal processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance advertising (e.g., Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or TikTok)

• Background in operational campaign management and strategic campaign planning

• Ideally, previous experience in an agency or as a freelancer

• Hands-on approach to work

• Growth-oriented mindset and strong self-motivation

• Confident and personable in client communications, both written and via video calls

• Proficient in German and possess good written and spoken English skills
