Onboarding Analyst – Company Formation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients.

• Evaluate data concerning taxation and the registration/deregistration of MEIs.

• Confirm the compatibility of economic activities (CNAEs) with the applicable tax regime.

• Verify and validate the company's registered address.

• Review and ensure all necessary documentation for company incorporation is validated.

• Guarantee the accuracy and completeness of information in internal systems.

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, offering guidance and addressing any inquiries throughout the onboarding process.

• Assist clients in completing the onboarding process with confidence and clarity.

• Identify and rectify issues in the onboarding process to ensure efficient submission to the Legalization Department.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience or knowledge in process evaluation.

• Proven experience in client/customer interactions.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Intermediate understanding of company formation processes.

• Intermediate knowledge of tax accounting principles.

• Familiarity with workflow processes.

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
