This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding asset performance, availability, incidents, warranty issues, and conduct regular performance meetings.
• Oversee LTSA and SLA commitments, key performance indicators (KPIs), invoicing, and payments.
• Proactively identify potential contractual risks and opportunities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of European Operations & Maintenance (O&M) processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, reporting standards, and KPI frameworks.
• Lead the roll-out of processes on a country-by-country basis, encompassing planning, training, go-lives, adoption tracking, and corrective measures.
• Coordinate maintenance planning, spare parts management, service partners, and cross-country initiatives.
• Address any blockers as necessary.
• Generate performance reports and dashboards.
• Transform operational data, customer insights, and lessons learned into projects for improvement.
• Connect customers, local O&M teams, and the European O&M organization to enhance the performance of energy storage assets.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field.
• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile is advantageous.
• Experience in O&M asset management, process implementation, or project delivery in the energy, renewables, or a similar technical sector.
• Strong understanding of ESS/BESS technologies, including batteries, PCS/inverters, EMS, and grid connections.
• Familiarity with commercial contracts, warranties, SLAs, penalties, and risk allocation.
• Capable of conducting root cause analyses and interpreting SCADA data.
• Possess analytical, structured, and commercially focused skills.
• Excellent planning, reporting, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in English communication at a C1 level.
• Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout Europe.
