OIC Instructional Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collect and evaluate project requirements

• Produce instructional strategy documents

• Create storyboards for eLearning courses

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather necessary information for eLearning course development

• Design and implement integrations with both cloud and on-premise applications utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud

• Offer feasibility assessments and suggest scalable integration solutions

• Develop SOAP and REST services with JSON- or XML-based integrations

• Work with OIC and ICS adapters

• Test web services using SOAPUI and Postman

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of instructional design concepts, theories, and models

• Capability to conduct requirements gathering and analysis

• Skill in creating instructional strategy documents

• Proficiency in developing storyboards

• Experience in designing and building integrations with cloud and on-premise applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

• Ability to provide insights on solution feasibility and propose scalable options

• Practical experience with PL/SQL, web services, SOAP, and REST

• Development expertise in SOAP and REST services using JSON or XML integrations

• Hands-on experience in at least 1–2 integration projects using Oracle Integration Cloud

• Knowledge of OIC built-in cloud adapters, such as REST, SOAP, FTP, HCM, Workday, ERP, and ATP

• Familiarity with ICS adapters, including ERP Adapter, SOAP, Oracle DB, FTP, and REST

• Strong knowledge and experience in web and client-server technologies

• Practical experience with SOAPUI and Postman

• Outstanding technical, verbal, and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player and self-starter
