This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in all stages of comprehensive OFSAA solution implementation and delivery at client locations.

• Deploy and install software applications.

• Set up and configure applications accordingly.

• Develop and configure tailored solutions.

• Validate outcomes effectively.

• Facilitate user acceptance testing and oversee go-live procedures.

• Offer ongoing support and maintenance services.

• Collaborate with both internal and client-side functional and technical consultants.

• Design, conceptualize, and configure OFSAA solutions customized for clients.

• Work alongside Oracle/OFSAA Support to address product-related issues.

• Provide functional insights on banking risk and finance platforms for CFO and CRO offices within banks.

• Lead Management of Dimensions and Hierarchies utilizing the AMHM utility.

• Utilize expertise in bank product portfolios, accounting practices, GL treatment, and executive dashboards.

• Contribute to the sharing of best practices and methodologies across the organization.

• Drive innovation in processes, uphold accountability, and prioritize the delivery of exceptional client service.

• Report directly to Client Engagement Managers and Program Directors.

• Coordinate with technical and functional subject matter experts in client environments.

• Successfully deploy, design, configure, and deliver OFSAA applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of relevant experience.

• Proven experience in implementing Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA).

• Techno-functional proficiency in OFSAA, encompassing AFCS, GL reconciliation, BCE, Accounting Journals, ERP GL Posting, DIH, FSDF, Data Mapping & ETL, and OFSAA to Accounting Hub Connectivity, as well as related ledger/dimension concepts.

• Familiarity with OFSAA frameworks and components.

• Experience in supporting the complete OFSAA implementation and delivery process.

• Functional understanding of banking, particularly in risk and finance platforms for CFO and CRO offices.

• Expertise in Dimensions Management and Hierarchies Handling using the AMHM utility.

• Knowledge of bank product portfolios, accounting practices, GL treatment, and executive dashboards.

• Technical implementation experience with various OFSAA suite applications and modules, including FSDF/OIDF, AFCS, DFCS, DIH, EDMCS/DRM/AHCS, PFTCS, FTPCS, CFECS, PACS, FCCMCS, Risk & Reporting, GL Recon, BCE, BSP, Income Statements, P/L, F&PA, IFRS 9/17, IAA, OICE, OILM, Basel III/IV.

• Basic understanding of data governance, data quality, data management, data engineering, as well as cloud and digital platforms and services.

• Strong skills in business analysis and a solid understanding of banking/FSI business operations.

• Knowledge of OFSAA architecture, frameworks, solutions, data flows, and tool utilities.

• Proficient in SQL querying.

• Experience in PL/SQL coding.

• Familiarity with Oracle database environments.

• Understanding of banking transformation solutions, industry best practices, business processes, and technological designs.

• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work products.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with team members and clients.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
