This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process for offshore and field-based roles, from sourcing and screening to offer management, credential collection, and onboarding.

• Recruit offshore staff to meet current client demands.

• Locate high-quality candidates through focused outreach, job boards, online databases, and social media platforms.

• Develop and sustain robust talent pools.

• Evaluate candidates for relevant experience, technical skills, availability, certifications, medical requirements, and mobilization criteria.

• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' suitability, interest, qualifications, and salary expectations.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates, ensuring a professional and responsive candidate experience.

• Collaborate with Project Managers, hiring managers, and operational teams to grasp requirements and provide recruitment updates.

• Keep accurate records of candidates, vacancies, and requisitions in the applicant tracking system.

• Assist with offer preparation, background checks, onboarding, and new-hire documentation.

• Foster trusted relationships with offshore personnel and maintain an active network for future assignments.

• Contribute to the recruitment strategy, process enhancements, and project initiation meetings.


⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in offshore recruitment.

• Comprehensive recruitment experience, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.

• Strong comprehension of the urgency and operational demands associated with supplying personnel for offshore projects.

• Knowledge of offshore training, certification, competency, and mobilization standards.

• Excellent skills in candidate sourcing, networking, and relationship development.

• Capacity to manage multiple urgent vacancies and effectively respond to shifting priorities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and record-keeping capabilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, recruitment technologies, and applicant tracking systems.

• Experience with ClearCompany ATS is a plus.

• Proactive, client-focused mindset with a keen sense of urgency.

• Capable of reading and understanding instructions, correspondence, and memos.

• Proficient in writing correspondence.

• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.

• Capable of solving practical problems and addressing various concrete variables with limited standardization.

• Skilled in interpreting written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule instructions.
