Offshore Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Develop, expand, and oversee a multidisciplinary offshore operational team.

• Serve as a liaison between onshore leadership and boards and offshore execution teams.

• Lead the enterprise system architecture, technical infrastructure, centralized platform connectivity, and ensure data integrity.

• Manage multi-phase ERP migrations within the Zoho ecosystem, including Zoho Books.

• Design automated workflows for HR pipelines, tuition billing and collections, and legal document creation.

• Create and maintain automated dashboards for SOS maturity, financial health, and compliance schedules.

• Design and enhance organizational workflows, map out processes, identify bottlenecks, and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Assess operational rules and refresh systems to evaluate operational maturity.

• Organize and supervise offshore teams across software engineering, IT support, administration, legal, and finance.

• Ensure prompt, high-quality delivery, efficiency, and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Oversee task tracking, workload distribution, enterprise risk management, and compliance calendars.

• Report on offshore progress, risks, and system-generated financial and operational metrics to the Onshore Board.

• Engage daily with leaders based in the U.S., align stakeholders, manage expectations, and escalate system or compliance risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of experience in operational management.

• Strong experience within the BPO industry.

• At least 3 years of experience in developing, managing, and delivering results through cross-functional offshore teams.

• Demonstrated experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Business Analyst interfacing directly with U.S.-based onshore executive boards.

• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Legal, Finance/Accounting, HR, Administration, Software Engineering, and related functions.

• Practical experience with ERP migrations and automations.

• Familiarity with institutional governance registers, risk management, and compliance within non-profit or educational sectors is preferred.

• Experience with the Zoho ecosystem, particularly Zoho Books.

• Understanding of workflow automation, dashboarding, SOPs, task tracking software, workload balancing, and SLA compliance.
