This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for OEM customers in the golf cart sector.
β’ Oversee incoming inquiries, ongoing account requirements, and daily customer interactions.
β’ Identify and seek new OEM opportunities with manufacturers, vehicle builders, fleet operators, and industry collaborators.
β’ Comprehend vehicle electrical systems, battery compartments, spatial limitations, performance specifications, and integration requirements.
β’ Inform customers about lithium battery performance, safety, weight advantages, cycle longevity, charging capabilities, and benefits compared to lead-acid systems.
β’ Offer customized battery suggestions based on voltage, capacity, range, performance criteria, vehicle setup, and intended applications.
β’ Build and maintain the OEM sales pipeline utilizing CRM tools, forecasts, account activities, and opportunity stages.
β’ Generate quotes, volume pricing structures, and long-term supply contracts.
β’ Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure product integration and timely delivery.
β’ Assist in product testing, validation, installation, and customer feedback processes.
β’ Sustain OEM relationships to encourage repeat business, product growth, and enduring partnerships.
β’ Enhance Eco Batteryβs visibility within current OEM accounts through additional vehicle models, battery platforms, and product solutions.
β’ Collaborate with marketing on OEM initiatives, trade exhibitions, product launches, and sales collateral.
β’ Track trends in the golf cart industry, competitor products, market changes, and customer requirements.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or business development within OEM, B2B, or manufacturing sectors.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in the golf cart, automotive, powersports, battery, or similar vehicle industries is highly preferred.
β’ Strong understanding of golf cart electrical systems and battery applications, including 36V, 48V, and 72V systems, is highly favored.
β’ Familiarity with Club Car, E-Z-GO, and Yamaha platforms is advantageous.
β’ Knowledge of lithium battery systems, BMS technology, charging systems, and battery integration is a bonus.
β’ Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Demonstrated capability to manage extended sales cycles and foster long-term customer relationships.
β’ Experience working with OEMs, manufacturers, dealers, distributors, or other channel partners is preferred.
β’ Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
β’ Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation abilities.
β’ Self-driven, results-oriented, and adept at collaborating across functions with sales, engineering, product, operations, and supply chain teams.
