Nurse Practitioner, Primary Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Deliver primary care to high-acuity patients in their homes from Monday to Friday.

• Emphasize patient care over volume in medical practice.

• Allocate the necessary time to thoroughly address patients' needs.

• Collaborate within a physician-driven, integrated, and team-oriented model.

• Utilize an assistant to enhance appointment support in designated markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the state where the HarmonyCares Medical Group office is located.

• Federal DEA License or eligibility is required.

• Current CPR/BLS Certification is mandatory.

• Board Certification is necessary.

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record must be maintained.

• Experience directly related to home health, geriatrics, hospice, and primary care is essential.

• Geriatric training or experience is preferred.
