Nurse Practitioner, Primary Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Deliver in-home primary care services to patients with high acuity.

• Emphasize patient care in your medical practice rather than prioritizing volume.

• Allocate sufficient time to genuinely meet the needs of patients.

• Work schedule is Monday to Friday.

• Provide patient-focused care within a collaborative, team-oriented, physician-led framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice, and primary care is required.

• Must hold a valid NP license in the state where the HarmonyCares Medical Group office is situated.

• Eligibility for a Federal DEA License is necessary.

• Preferred candidates will have geriatric training or experience.

• Current CPR/BLS Certification is mandatory.

• Board Certification is required.

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record must be maintained.
