📋 Description

• Perform telehealth consultations and evaluate patient requirements

• Create and oversee individualized care plans

• Accurately record patient interactions

• Ensure clear communication with both patients and team members

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license

• Proficiency in Russian or Mandarin is mandatory

• Experience in telehealth is preferred, though not essential

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
