This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee patient reimbursement and coordination cases assigned to the NavieGo branch.
• Serve as the main point of contact for designated healthcare providers.
• Facilitate the complete patient journey.
• Enroll patients in NavieGo-managed programs through connections with physicians.
• Develop and sustain relationships with clinics and physicians, which includes conducting site visits.
• Request any missing or additional information from physician offices, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers.
• Secure prescription drug coverage for patients.
• Collaborate with insurance companies, physician offices, and healthcare professionals.
• Manage documents, submissions, and paperwork for insurance providers and public funding programs.
• Arrange clinic appointments and drug deliveries within specified timelines.
• Cultivate relationships with patients and key healthcare providers.
• Implement best practices to enhance patient access to drug coverage.
• Oversee pharmacy processes once funding has been secured.
• Utilize knowledge of public and private funding systems.
• Work rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 8 AM to 8 PM EST.
• Must possess a Registered Nurse designation and current provincial licensing.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer/client service and healthcare reimbursement is required.
• Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance sectors is a plus.
• Strong skills in Microsoft and Google applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Professional, courteous, and efficient telephone communication skills.
• Ability to effectively organize time, prioritize tasks, and multitask to meet competing deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work both independently and within a team setting.
• Proficient in resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work rotating Monday–Friday shifts to support various regions across Canada.
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset; however, proficiency in both languages is mandatory for positions based in Quebec.
