Norwegian AI Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop original multiple-choice questions in Norwegian covering a wide range of general-knowledge subjects.

• Create questions that assess reasoning, applied knowledge, and understanding of the subject matter.

• Construct realistic exam-style scenarios that are appropriately challenging.

• Generate ten answer options for each question, designating one correct answer and credible alternatives.

• Offer clear and structured explanations for the correct answers alongside the reasoning behind them.

• Review questions to ensure factual, linguistic, and technical precision.

• Uphold consistent standards across assessment materials and adhere to project-specific formatting and evaluation criteria.

• Identify and rectify any unclear wording or ambiguity.

• Create high-quality content in Norwegian for AI evaluation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree or PhD in a relevant academic field.

• Approximately 2–6 years of relevant professional experience.

• Extensive general knowledge coupled with strong analytical reasoning abilities.

• Native-level proficiency in Norwegian.

• Educated in Norway or currently residing in Norway.

• Strong written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.

• Excellent attention to detail and confidence in working independently.

• Capacity to develop challenging and original assessment content.

• Experience in education, assessment design, research, technical writing, or content evaluation is a plus.

• Must be able to work without using any confidential or proprietary information from employers, clients, institutions, or third parties.

• H1-B and STEM OPT support is not available.
