📋 Description

• Increase the VP Racing Branded Retail presence throughout the West Coast region.

• Identify, pitch, and secure new branded retail opportunities within convenience stores, marinas, cardlocks, and car washes.

• Collaborate with fuel distributors and independent operators to implement VP’s branding and retail solutions.

• Create strategic growth plans and oversee a robust sales pipeline.

• Work alongside leadership to shape marketing, branding, and business strategies.

• Represent VP Racing at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings.

• Cultivate relationships with fuel distributors, independent operators, and retail partners.

• Assist prospects through the branding process and showcase retail programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field, along with at least one (1) year of professional sales experience AND/OR any combination of education and experience that provides the relevant skills, knowledge, and abilities.

• Demonstrated B2B sales experience in the fuel, convenience retail, or a related sector.

• Excellent prospecting, presentation, and closing abilities.

• Capability to work independently and travel within the region.

• Highly organized with strong communication skills.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• High levels of accuracy, timeliness, and reliability.

• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships within the organization.

• Proficiency in collaborating effectively with all levels of employees and management.

• Residency required in Oregon, Idaho, or Washington.
