Northeast Regional Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing growth, profitability, and market presence within the Northeast region.

• Guide and assist District Sales Managers through consistent coaching, customer interactions, pricing support, and market development efforts.

• Facilitate key opportunities, pricing strategies, and project management efforts to optimize regional performance.

• Foster strong relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and essential customers.

• Collaborate with estimating, engineering, operations, and sales excellence teams to ensure effective project execution.

• Spend time in the market with District Sales Managers to enhance strategy, customer engagement, and sales execution.

• Cultivate a strong regional culture while mentoring and developing high-performing talent.

• Represent the Ceco Building Systems, Star Building Systems, and Metallic Building Systems brands.

• Oversee execution across the Northeast market.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10+ years of sales experience in the pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) industry.

• Preferred 3+ years of experience in sales leadership.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and nurture sales teams across extensive territories.

• Strong business insight with experience in supporting pricing strategies and complex project opportunities.

• Exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities.

• Capable of managing customer escalations and supporting key strategic accounts.

• Collaborative leadership approach with a strong cultural fit and long-term vision.

• Willingness to travel approximately 40–50%, including occasional overnight stays throughout the territory.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
