Nonprofit Fundraising Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Respond exclusively to incoming donor calls

• Provide professional assistance to donors

• Efficiently handle donor pledges or contributions

• Adhere to established procedures

• Work autonomously

• Contribute to established nonprofit fundraising initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required

• At least 6 months of remote work experience or 1 year of customer service experience on-site

• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor on the phone

• Proficient typing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office

• A dedicated quiet workspace at home and availability for flexible hours

• Must use Windows 11 ONLY – Chromebooks or Apple devices are not permitted

• A computer with 8 GB RAM is preferred

• Having dual monitors is highly recommended

• A noise-canceling USB headset (not mandatory during application)

• A wired internet connection (not mandatory during application)
