Non-Executive Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Join the board of Bankers without Boundaries as a Non-Executive Director.

• Provide an unbiased perspective on the company's operations.

• Contribute insights to improve decision-making processes.

• Advise Senior Management on the company's growth in Singapore.

• Foster a productive working relationship with Senior Management.

• Dedicate approximately 2 hours each quarter.

⛳️ Requirements

• Applicants must be based in Singapore; submissions from outside the country will not be accepted.

• A minimum of 10 years' experience in financial services, investment banking, or a closely related area is required.

• Strong understanding of financial products and services is essential.

• Prior experience in ESG or sustainability is mandatory.

• A clear grasp of board governance, fiduciary responsibilities, and senior leadership is necessary.

• Knowledge of Singapore's financial, regulatory, or business landscape is advantageous.

• Ability to exercise independent judgment and constructively challenge executive decisions is required.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a talent for building trusted relationships at the board and senior management levels.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities; capable of clearly and diplomatically articulating complex issues.

• Must demonstrate discretion, integrity, and personal accountability.

• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently are essential.
