📋 Description

• Serve in the role of appointed UK Nominee Director

• Execute company and bank account documentation remotely as necessary

• Provide assistance with occasional corporate compliance issues

• Undertake the initial setup, which is estimated to take around 1–2 hours

• Carry out sporadic tasks throughout the year
