Nominee Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Nominee Director for a well-established company

• Sign documents remotely for bank account applications and company administration tasks

• Assist with occasional compliance-related requirements

• Be available for infrequent communications when necessary

• Provide support with company setup and banking documentation during the initial month, approximately 1–2 hours

• Review occasional documents and offer signatures following the onboarding process

• Willingness to engage in the initial onboarding process and identity verification if necessary

• Required to provide proof of address

• Must have an active UK mobile phone number

• Must have access to a personal laptop or desktop computer
