• Remotely sign banking and company documents as needed

• Provide assistance with occasional compliance-related documentation

• Complete an initial setup process, which typically takes about 1–2 hours

• Manage occasional document signatures or administrative requests

• No daily operational duties are required

• Access to a personal laptop or desktop computer is required
