• Serve as the designated UK Nominee Director.

• Execute company and banking-related documents remotely as needed.

• Provide assistance with occasional compliance and administrative tasks.

• Be available for rare communications concerning company-related inquiries.

• Aid in fulfilling corporate compliance obligations without the need for daily management or operations of the business.

• Must be a permanent resident of the UK.

• Comfortable with remote communication and signing documents.

• Dependable and responsive when occasional help is needed.

• Able to complete identity verification and onboarding paperwork.

• Initial onboarding and setup of bank accounts may take about 1-2 hours in the first month.

• Must provide a valid, up-to-date UK passport or driver’s license.

• Must supply proof of address.

• Must possess an active UK mobile phone number.

• Access to a personal laptop or desktop computer is required.
