Night Tracking Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee and monitor shipments during the night to guarantee timely delivery

• Maintain ongoing communication with drivers, dispatchers, and clients

• Update load statuses in internal databases and customer portals

• Tackle and resolve any delivery or routing issues as they emerge

• Compile end-of-shift reports and relay updates to the daytime team

• Assist dispatch and operations as needed to maintain service continuity

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of prior experience in transportation, logistics, or dispatching is preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Exceptional attention to detail with the capacity to multitask in high-pressure situations

• Proficiency in computer applications (experience with TMS is a plus)

• Willingness to work evening and overnight shifts
