This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Interact with healthcare providers using in-person, virtual, and digital platforms.
• Offer expertise regarding products and their approved indications.
• Act as the main point of contact for healthcare provider clients.
• Guide clients to Customer Service Specialists and other team members as necessary.
• Ensure customer inquiries are addressed and gather feedback on engagement effectiveness.
• Organize speaker programs.
• Arrange local provider groups for discussions with local and regional leaders.
• Communicate opportunities, feedback, and local market insights to the Area Business Lead.
• Work collaboratively with Medical, Market Access, Patient Support, and ecosystem teams.
• Modify targeting and call point strategies in a compliant manner.
• Utilize customer insights to shape local strategies and business objectives.
• Perform proactive outreach regarding product access, on-label information, and established patient care guidelines.
• Educate office personnel on payer guidelines and reimbursement processes.
• Evaluate competitive data and business reports to uncover opportunities.
• Conduct balanced office calls and sales presentations utilizing approved marketing materials and technical references.
• Cultivate relationships with office and practice staff to enhance patient outcomes.
• At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales.
• Previous experience in CNS, psychiatry, or ADHD is preferred.
• Experience in launching a new product or indication is preferred.
• Must live within a 50-mile commuting distance from the main city in the sales territory.
• Prior cross-functional industry experience in commercial life sciences or a similar field.
• 4 or more years of experience in a sales role with healthcare providers, ideally representing multiple products.
• Capability to thrive in an ambiguous, transforming environment.
• Proven history of coaching, training, and mentoring colleagues or others.
• Strong commitment to ethical business practices and familiarity with regulatory standards.
• Ability to perform business activities in line with company policies and guidance.
• Skill in assimilating and conveying complex clinical and product information.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Overnight travel may be necessary based on territory geography.
• Knowledgeable in territory analysis, business planning, sales data, promotional budgets, payer guidelines, and reimbursement processes.
• Proficient in using approved promotional materials and technical references.
• Solid product knowledge of own offerings and competitors.
