This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Provide support to clients and patients within the Myrtle Beach/Florence, South Carolina region.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets within designated areas in an ethical and compliant manner.
• Recognize and address customer needs, coordinate marketing resources, and facilitate pull-through initiatives.
• Cultivate knowledge of products and disease states while engaging healthcare professionals in clinical discussions.
• Formulate local strategic and tactical plans, effectively managing resources and budgets.
• Conduct visits to healthcare professional offices and mental health community centers both in-person and virtually.
• Tailor discussions and interactions with customers according to their specific needs.
• Keep abreast of local market dynamics, practice frameworks, customers, and key influencers.
• Relay market intelligence to internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to decisions regarding customer and regional resource distribution.
• Choose suitable programs and resources for customers, practices, and systems.
• Collaborate with the Regional Business Manager and stakeholders to develop a local business strategy.
• Leverage formulary approvals and other business prospects.
• Work alongside Neuroscience Sales Specialists to exchange best practices.
• Accurately manage work hours, sales call records, customer goals, communications, synchronization, samples, and expenses.
• Complete all necessary company and job-related training.
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience in healthcare sales/account management, business-to-business sales, or recent transition from Active-Duty Military.
• Over three (3) years of sales experience in specialty pharmaceuticals is preferred.
• Experience with launch, antipsychotic, and/or bi-polar sales is highly preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Self-motivated with initiative, entrepreneurial spirit, sound judgment in decision-making, teamwork, and cross-functional skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt in a changing environment.
• Capability to adjust to evolving telemedicine/virtual settings.
• Proficient in analyzing data and metrics to evaluate progress, diagnose performance challenges, and pinpoint opportunities.
• Experience in building customer relationships and conveying technical information to varied audiences.
• Ability to attend meetings outside of standard working hours.
• Willingness to travel overnight based on territory geography.
• Capability to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and conversational Spanish is highly preferred.
• A commitment to learning about emerging technologies, including AI.
