This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets and forecasts within the designated Salt Lake City and Denver regions.
• Engage primarily with Primary Care healthcare professional offices and selected targets both in-person and virtually.
• Cultivate knowledge about products and disease states.
• Inform and involve healthcare professionals regarding clinical evidence, approved indications, and safety/efficacy profiles to promote on-label prescribing.
• Utilize assigned budgets effectively while ensuring customer interactions are compliant and ethical.
• Maintain awareness of local markets, practice structures, customers, and key influencers.
• Relay market and customer insights to internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to regional resource allocation decisions.
• Identify suitable programs and resources for customers, practices, and systems.
• Deliver specialized education to healthcare providers through authorized programs.
• Collaborate with the District Manager and stakeholders to create and implement a local business plan.
• Leverage formulary approvals and other business prospects.
• Work alongside Neuroscience Sales Specialist-II colleagues, sharing best practices.
• Accurately and promptly manage work hours, sales-call data, customer objectives, communications, synchronization, samples, and expenses.
• Meet or exceed all NSR deliverables.
• Complete all assigned company and job-specific training.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Over 1 year of documented success in B2B sales experience.
• Prior sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, and/or medical device sales is preferred.
• Experience in antipsychotic and/or bi-polar sales is advantageous.
• A strong passion for enhancing the lives of patients and caregivers.
• High integrity and adherence to Company policies and procedures.
• Self-motivated with initiative, entrepreneurial spirit, decision-making ability, teamwork/collaboration, and cross-functional skills.
• Proven success in learning and adapting within a dynamic environment.
• Capability to adjust to evolving telemedicine/virtual environments.
• Proficient in analyzing data/metrics, evaluating progress, diagnosing performance issues, and uncovering opportunities.
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and listening skills.
• Experienced in building customer relationships and conveying technical information to varied audiences.
• Willingness to attend meetings outside of standard hours.
• Ability to travel overnight based on territory geography.
• Occasional domestic travel to corporate headquarters, training sessions, and sales meetings.
