This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets within the designated Salt Lake City, UT and Denver, CO regions.
• Engage primarily with Primary Care HCP offices and select PC targets both in-person and virtually.
• Educate healthcare practitioners on clinical evidence, approved uses, and the efficacy and safety of products to promote on-label prescribing.
• Utilize allocated budgets to fulfill territory goals and personalize customer interactions in a compliant and ethical manner.
• Maintain knowledge of local markets, practice dynamics, customers, and key influencers.
• Share market insights and customer data with internal teams.
• Contribute to the regional allocation of resources and identify suitable customer programs and resources.
• Deliver specialized education to healthcare providers through compliant initiatives.
• Create a local business strategy in collaboration with the District Manager and stakeholders.
• Leverage formulary approvals and other business possibilities.
• Work alongside Neuroscience Sales Specialist-II colleagues and exchange best practices.
• Oversee work hours, sales call data, customer goals, communications, synchronization, samples, and expense reports.
• Complete all mandatory company and job-related training.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 1 year of proven success in B2B sales experience is essential.
• Prior sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, and/or medical devices is preferred.
• Experience in antipsychotic and/or bi-polar sales is advantageous.
• Strong passion for enhancing the lives of patients and caregivers.

• Self-motivation, initiative, entrepreneurial mindset, sound decision-making, and exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Experience in building customer relationships and conveying technical information to diverse audiences.
