This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Assist clients within the Jacksonville, Florida area.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets within designated regions in an ethical and compliant manner.
• Recognize customer needs, coordinate marketing resources, and support pull-through initiatives.
• Cultivate knowledge about products and disease states while engaging healthcare professionals in clinical discussions.
• Inform healthcare professionals about clinical evidence, approved uses, and product safety and efficacy.
• Develop local strategic and tactical plans while managing resource allocation, budgets, and expenses.
• Engage with primarily Primary Care healthcare professional offices and select targets both in-person and virtually.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of local markets, practice structures, customers, and key influencers.
• Share market insights with internal teams and contribute to resource allocation decisions.
• Deliver compliant educational programs to healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with the District Manager and stakeholders to formulate local business plans.
• Leverage formulary approvals and business prospects.
• Work in partnership with Neuroscience Sales Specialist-II colleagues and exchange best practices.
• Keep accurate records of work hours, sales calls, customer objectives, communications, synchronization, samples, and expenses.
• Complete all required company and job-related training.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving history.
• At least 1 year of proven success in B2B sales.
• Prior sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, and/or medical devices is preferred.
• Experience in antipsychotic and/or bipolar sales is an advantage.
• Strong passion and commitment to enhancing the lives of patients and caregivers.
• High level of integrity and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Self-driven, proactive, with an entrepreneurial mindset, good judgment in decision-making, and strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Capacity to adjust to evolving telemedicine and virtual settings.
• Skill in analyzing data and metrics, evaluating progress, diagnosing performance issues, and identifying opportunities.
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and listening abilities.
• Experience in building customer relationships and conveying technical information to varied audiences.
• Availability for meetings outside of regular working hours.
• Willingness to undertake occasional overnight and periodic domestic travel.
• Ability to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
