This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Assist clients within the Salt Lake City/Denver area.
• Ethically and compliantly meet or surpass sales goals within designated regions.
• Recognize customer requirements, coordinate marketing resources, and support implementation activities.
• Convey the company's vision and innovative solutions to enhance outcomes for patients and caregivers.
• Cultivate knowledge about products and disease states for compliant discussions with healthcare professionals.
• Formulate local strategic and tactical plans, allocating resources accordingly.
• Oversee territory budgets and expenditures.
• Propel sales performance and reach sales projections by engaging primarily with Primary Care HCP offices and selected PC targets both in-person and virtually.
• Inform healthcare professionals about clinical data, approved uses, and product safety and efficacy to encourage on-label prescribing.
• Tailor customer conversations and interactions based on individual needs.
• Maintain awareness of local markets, practice frameworks, customers, and key influencers.
• Relay market insights to internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to regional resource distribution and select suitable programs and resources.
• Deliver compliant educational initiatives for healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with the District Manager and key stakeholders to formulate and implement a local business strategy.
• Leverage formulary approvals and other business prospects.
• Engage with Neuroscience Sales Specialist-II colleagues and share best practices.
• Precisely manage work hours, sales call data, customer objectives, communications, synchronization, samples, and expenses.
• Complete all mandated company and job-related training within specified timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 1 year of proven success in B2B sales.
• Capability to perform all essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Strong motivation and passion for enhancing the lives of patients and their caregivers.
• High integrity with adherence to Company policies and procedures.
• Self-driven, initiative-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset, sound judgment, teamwork/collaboration, and cross-functional skills.
• Proven history of learning and adapting to a changing environment.
• Ability to adjust to evolving telemedicine/virtual settings.
• Competence in analyzing data and metrics to evaluate progress, identify performance issues, and uncover opportunities.
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and listening abilities.
• Experience in establishing new customer relationships and conveying technical information to a diverse audience.
• Willingness to attend meetings outside standard working hours.
• Potential for occasional overnight travel based on territory geography.
• Availability for periodic domestic travel to corporate headquarters, training, and sales meetings.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical, biologics, and/or medical device sales is preferred.
• Experience in antipsychotic and/or bipolar sales is an advantage.
• A learning aptitude for AI/technology is preferred.
