This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Provide support to clients in the Salt Lake City/Denver region.
• Strive to meet or exceed sales targets within designated areas in an ethical and compliant manner.
• Recognize and understand customer requirements, align marketing resources accordingly, and assist with pull-through activities.
• Articulate the company's vision and the value of innovative neuropsychiatric and neurologic treatments.
• Develop knowledge about products and disease states while engaging in compliant clinical discussions with healthcare professionals.
• Conduct visits to primarily Primary Care HCP offices and selected PC targets both in-person and virtually.
• Inform healthcare professionals about clinical evidence, approved indications, and the efficacy and safety of products to support on-label prescribing.
• Create local strategic and tactical plans, allocate resources effectively, and manage budgets and expenses.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of local markets, practice structures, customers, and key influencers.
• Relay market information to internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to resource allocation decisions and choose suitable customer programs and resources.
• Offer specialized education to healthcare providers through compliant programs.
• Collaborate with the District Manager and stakeholders to formulate and implement a local business plan.
• Capitalize on formulary approvals and other business opportunities.
• Work in partnership with Neuroscience Sales Specialist-II colleagues and share best practices.
• Manage work hours, sales call data, customer objectives, communications, synchronization, samples, and expense reporting.
• Achieve or surpass all NSR deliverables.
• Complete all mandatory company and job-related training.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• At least 1 year of proven success in B2B sales experience is required.
• Prior sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, and/or medical device sales is preferred.
• Experience in antipsychotic and/or bi-polar sales is advantageous.
• Strong motivation and passion for enhancing the lives of patients and caregivers.
• High level of integrity and adherence to Company policies and procedures.
• Self-driven, proactive, with an entrepreneurial mindset, sound judgment, and collaborative skills.
• Documented ability to learn and adapt in a changing environment.
• Capability to adjust to evolving telemedicine/virtual settings.
• Proficient in analyzing data and metrics, evaluating progress against goals, diagnosing performance issues, and identifying potential opportunities.
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and listening skills.
• Experience in establishing new customer relationships and conveying technical information to varied audiences.
• Willingness to attend meetings outside of standard working hours.
• Ability to travel overnight depending on the geography of the territory.
• Capability to travel domestically to corporate headquarters, training sessions, and sales meetings periodically.
