This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets for the designated region by utilizing approved market and selling strategies and solutions.
• Address the business and scientific requirements of healthcare professionals through clinically pertinent discussions.
• Collaborate with Medical Science Directors, Managers, Patient Access, Regional Business Directors, HUB services, and other staff to formulate customer satisfaction strategies.
• Create and execute territory business plans by assessing business dynamics, competitive landscape, and market conditions.
• Build and sustain professional relationships with targeted KOLs, physicians, medical staff, hospital personnel, and ALS center staff.
• Navigate hospital formulary processes and establish strategies for product positioning and availability.
• Anticipate business challenges, modify priorities, and devise solutions accordingly.
• Maintain expertise in selling skills, as well as clinical, market, and product knowledge.
• Work collaboratively with peers and company personnel to meet corporate objectives and initiatives.
• Strategically plan and organize schedules for optimal efficiency.
• Serve as a company ambassador, representing the company, its products, and personnel with integrity and respect.
• Complete assignments and projects designated by the Regional Business Director.
• Ensure all activities adhere to relevant regulations and pharmaceutical guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
• At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in Neurology and/or CNS.
• Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the regulations/guidelines related to pharmaceutical sales.
• Experience with launching new products.
• Highly self-motivated, dedicated to excellence, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong sales skills with a proven history of success, especially in new product launches.
• Professional demeanor with exceptional ability to engage and cultivate strong business relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Veeva is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%, including frequent overnight stays.
