Network Recruiter – Restoration Contractor Recruiting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and source contractor network vendors through diverse search strategies to establish a strong vendor network pipeline.

• Take ownership of the contractor network vendor experience.

• Analyze contractor network vendor trends and implement best practices.

• Oversee the interview, selection, and closing process.

• Ensure that screening, selection, and onboarding processes adhere to Accuserve Solutions policies and procedures.

• Manage extensive sales territories.

• Research and pinpoint effective contractor network vendors through email and phone outreach.

• Enroll qualified contractor candidates into Accuserve’s network.

• Conduct daily outbound telephone campaigns for network sign-ups.

• Utilize negotiation and leadership skills to promote the Accuserve business model.

• Inform and educate contractor candidates about the Accuserve model and its benefits via phone, video calls, in-person visits, and trade shows.

• Collaborate on enhancing marketing templates for sign-up objectives and educational initiatives.

• Maintain comprehensive vendor databases.

• Provide program training and onboarding for contractor vendors as required.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Previous sales experience is essential.

• Experience in sales or vendor management is required.

• Prior experience in outbound or external sales activities and negotiation is necessary.

• Experience managing a large sales territory is preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships based on trust.

• Exceptional customer service skills are required.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities are necessary.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

• Proficient in using technology devices, software, and applications.

• Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suites and basic computer skills is required.

• A reliable high-speed home broadband internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload speeds is necessary.

• Ability to connect to home internet via an ethernet cord when working remotely.
