Network Quality Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the performance and reliability of Holafly’s global core mobile network.

• Develop and implement the network quality roadmap across more than 200 global locations.

• Set benchmarks for market-leading network performance.

• Deploy advanced monitoring systems for GTP, LTE, and 5G metrics.

• Actively prevent service degradation before it affects users.

• Work alongside Strategy teams to incorporate AI-driven diagnostics and self-healing infrastructure.

• Perform technical audits on international MNO, MVNE, and IPX interconnects.

• Ensure partner compliance with core SLAs.

• Convert signaling telemetry into technical priorities.

• Mentor and support the operations team in achieving operational excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 12 years of experience in mobile network architecture within MNO, MVNO, or MVNE environments, showcasing proven leadership.

• Profound knowledge of core network components across EPC and 5GC architectures (MME, PGW, AMF, UPF) and roaming protocols (S6a, GTP-C/U, Diameter).

• Practical expertise in capacity engineering and telemetry analysis tools such as Wireshark, Prometheus, or Grafana.

• Demonstrated success with virtualized core platforms and cloud-native mobile ecosystem integrations.

• Outstanding technical communication skills with the ability to align high-level business objectives with network execution.

• Practical experience with eSIM architecture (GSMA RSP standards, SM-DP+) or cloud deployment (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP) is preferred.

• Professional fluency in Spanish is an advantage.
