This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist in the operations of enterprise networks.
• Oversee network inventory and ensure the maintenance of precise network documentation.
• Monitor and report on Critical and High vulnerabilities.
• Supervise remediation efforts in accordance with established SLAs.
• Ensure SLA compliance and generate operational metrics and reports.
• Work alongside engineering teams to verify data and guarantee reporting accuracy.
• Aid in maintaining audit readiness and adherence to established standards.
• Confirm data integrity and escalate issues when necessary.
• Assist in effective workload management.
• Contribute to the stability, performance, compliance, and efficiency of enterprise network systems.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting enterprise network environments.
• Proficiency in network inventory management and documentation.
• Experience in tracking and reporting Critical and High vulnerabilities.
• Familiarity with monitoring remediation activities in line with defined SLAs.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data validation abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management proficiency.
• Home internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.
• A dedicated workspace free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
• Preferred: Experience with ServiceNow CMDB or similar inventory management systems.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel reporting techniques.
• Preferred: Experience with vulnerability management tools like Qualys, Tenable, or Rapid7.
• Preferred: Knowledge of routing, switching, WAN/LAN, firewalls, and network infrastructure.
• Preferred: Experience with supporting audit, compliance, or governance functions.
