This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main administrator and subject matter authority for the Skyhigh CASB platform, encompassing configuration, policy management, API integrations, and operational assistance.
• Oversee, fine-tune, and enhance DLP, anomaly detection, user activity monitoring, tenant restrictions, and cloud application control policies.
• Sustain and improve integrations with identity providers, SIEM/SOAR platforms, email security, and endpoint security solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and revise diagrams, user manuals, SOPs, runbooks, and other essential documentation.
• Assist in and advance automation for configuration, validation, and reporting activities.
• Offer technical expertise on CASB migration initiatives, including transitions from Skyhigh to Palo Alto SASE, SSE, or SaaS Security solutions.
• Monitor and enhance deployments while participating in phased rollouts under the guidance of Principal and Lead Engineers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customer groups to implement solutions and support infrastructure development.
• Manage escalations, evaluate issues, propose solutions, and provide technical resolutions.
• Mentor and coach less-experienced team members.
• Organize the acquisition of hardware, software, and subcontractor services.
• Achieve program milestones in a dynamic enterprise network security environment.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with CASB solutions.
• Familiarity with Skyhigh CASB and Palo SaaS/SASE technologies.
• Extensive experience with next-generation firewalls, SASE/SSE platforms, network visibility, and micro-segmentation technologies.
• Exceptional communication skills, including experience in delivering presentations and technical briefings to varied audiences.
• Strong adherence to documentation practices.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Participation in on-call rotations as required by management and clients.
• Must possess or be able to acquire within 6 months of hire an applicable Intermediate DoD 8140 or DoD 8570 certification, such as Security+ CE, CySA+, or an equivalent.
• US citizenship is mandatory.
