This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute software upgrades throughout the Arista estate to address security vulnerabilities.

• Support network initiatives, which include network refreshes, deployment of new technologies, Wi-Fi design and troubleshooting, SDWAN implementations, Cisco DNAC (Catalyst Center) rollouts, and updates to network documentation.

• Analyze and comprehend requirements from internal stakeholders and develop technical solutions aimed at enhancing productivity and services.

• Provide mentorship to junior team members.

• Collaborate effectively both independently and as part of the Global Network team.

• Work Monday through Friday, generally from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with additional hours as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Arista products (Spine and Leaf architecture) in an enterprise setting, including CloudVision.

• Over 5 years of experience with Layer 2 Switching protocols.

• Over 5 years of experience with Layer 3 Routing protocols.

• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting routing/switching technologies such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, HSRP, and VRRP in an enterprise-class environment.

• Strong expertise in Wi-Fi design and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with SDN and SDWAN deployments is a plus.

• Experience with various networking vendors, including Cisco, HP, Aruba, Juniper, and Arista.

• Willingness to work outside of standard hours as needed by the client, including evenings and weekends.

• Knowledgeable in generating Bill of Materials and translating designs into implementation.

• Arista Certifications are desirable.

• Networking Certifications such as CCNP are desirable.

• Experience in enterprise environments on a global scale is a plus.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English is preferred.
