This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Assist in the design and implementation of a network construction and support plan for one or multiple markets, with guidance from your manager.
• Achieve established metrics and service level agreements (SLAs) including provider outreach and contract finalization.
• Aid in overall contract negotiations, collaborating with leadership to align on contracting strategies that incorporate new partners into the network.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and management to facilitate the identification, sourcing, and contracting initiatives with providers in a specific region.
• Record and communicate provider feedback, concerns, and inquiries to enhance the templates and processes for continuous improvement.
• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Report to the Manager of Network Contracting.
• Bachelor’s Degree, or at least 1 year of experience in healthcare or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in finance, performance management, operations, consulting, or a related domain.
• At least 1 year of proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or equivalent Google Suite applications).
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing or customer support role.
• At least 1 year of project management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
