This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more countries.
• Take ownership and manage essential financial systems, including NetSuite, FloQast, and Ramp.
• Oversee system configuration, business logic, and daily operational health.
• Spot opportunities to automate manual or error-prone finance processes such as month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and procure-to-pay.
• Act as the finance-domain expert in business logic and data.
• Establish and uphold system rules and canonical data definitions in collaboration with engineering.
• Develop cross-system integrations on a centralized, version-controlled, and observable integration platform.
• Convert Finance and Accounting requirements into system capabilities.
• Manage the onboarding, configuration, and administration of financial vendors.
• Leverage modern AI tools to create automations and expedite routine system tasks.
• Report directly to the Manager of Enterprise Systems.
• 3-6 years of experience administering a financial or ERP system, with hands-on NetSuite administration essential.
• Proficiency in NetSuite configuration, customization, user access, roles, permissions, and workflows.
• Familiarity with General Ledger, Advanced Revenue Management, Accounts, and subsidiary/multi-location structures.
• Experience in designing and implementing custom records, fields, and automations.
• Proven ability to build SuiteFlow automations.
• Experience managing the NetSuite integration ecosystem.
• Working knowledge of month-end close, reconciliation, accounts payable/procure-to-pay, and revenue processes.
• Proven history of automating repetitive manual tasks through scripting, saved searches, workflow automation, or low-code/iPaaS tools.
• Good judgment regarding system configuration, cross-system integrations, and sources of truth.
• Familiarity with SuiteScript, SQL, general scripting, or API-based automation.
• Ability to comprehend and analyze integrations.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills across finance and engineering teams.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
